                                      What are those that are all for guns saying ? With the limitation on gun use will only result in more crime and only the bad guys will hold the weapons. If a man were to go into a store knowing that everyone was possibly holding a gun, the idea of committing a crime wouldn’t cross a criminals mind in fear of being outnumbered by the possibly number of concealed to carry proud Americans. Although, what if there wasn’t any one with guns? With the same scenario, that same criminal goes in and pulls out a gun, everyone is now trapped and unprepared allowing the gunman to feel more in control considering he is now the only one with a gun. So, yes  the crime rate would with the banning of guns according to gun activists. The Idea of not being prepared may scare many and pressure them into buying a weapon for the reason that they don’t feel “safe” in their own homes, jobs, simple outings and even on school campuses. Statistics show that a total of 146 school events have experienced a shooting from the years of 2000 - 2018. In today's news there's a lot of mention of gun control, gun safety and whether or not our teachers should be armed in schools. The debate continues between if any one should have guns or if everyone should have the ability to concealed to carry in order to protect themselves.There's a poll going on a website asking for the public’s opinion on this question “ Should School Teachers be armed with guns poll ?” That being said not only are teachers being questioned to be allowed to carry but also our large population of 18 year olds that are wanting to go hunting or just cause of their rights, carry. 18 year old are being affected by the new nation wide spread act of the age limit being raised to 21.   In this image it shows a chart of where in the United States it is still legal for “Children” to possess a long gun (i.e rifles and shotguns).    Should More Gun Control Laws Be Enacted?                                    What is Gun Control? What truly is Gun control? Is it controlling who gets one or is it controlling the people who are allowed to have them and are restricted on how to use them? In America guns are a pretty big things but to many the question they debate the most on is Should we have one, would we be safer with one or with out one? Guns are being mentioned in cartoons from time to time, to now seeing them on strangers hips while walking through a simple place such as a mall. Today, not only are police the only ones that are allowed to have a piece of metal strapped to their waist but now everyday citizens. Being apart of our second amendment we are given the right to bear arms and have a concealed weapon with first with the age being 21 and there being a criminal background check. Thankfully.
